Total
restoration of a 140 sq/m penthouse in the hart of the historic centre
of Genova. The owner, a young cinema actor, needed a large central space
where he could meet guests and have his social life, while the private
part of the house had to be not too big, with just one bedroom. Following
these principles, we built a interior space where the rooms are not divided
by doors but the space itself is fluent and continuous. The main materials
of the house are the industrial wood for the flooring and the rough concrete
for the big column and the central "panel" in the living room.
